I've been wanting to practice a bit of quasi-realism. I don't think I'm there yet.
It might be, I just can't do it. Somehow I end up ultra saturated and cartoony,
even when I paint from a photo! LOL Anyway. It's been a long day of painting and it's time for some sleeps! Buenos Noche suckas.

I wrestle with this as well, and I really feel that part of the answer is reducing detail even further, keeping only what is "essential". Of course, massively easier said than done. Nevertheless, these look great! Pat on the back.
