Sunday Painting Posse

Gouache and photoshop.  I painted this on location up at the Malibu Creek park.
Scanned it tonight and touched it up.  I had to up some contrast, and paint into it a bit.
I really didn't like the composition I had before, so I transformed it a tad.
Turns out that content aware transformation TOTALLY works for paintings!  Awesome.
Gotta keep practicing so I can get what I want in the first go.

Izzy, what an amazing piece. Where did you go to school and what did you major in? You said in one of your videos that you changed majors because you wanted to work on God of War III...

Sorry for the questions.

This is a really lovely painting and very inspirational, I love going to different locations and drawing what I see around me, but I use pen and marker because paints are a little hard to drag around.
